HELP SAVE SWEET SAN ANTONIO!!!

Three AMAZING artist will teach this 2 day event weekend class!  You will rotate through stations for two full days and your pieces will build an amazing showpiece.  At the end of the weekend, you’ll be able to take home all your pieces!  Each student will leave with their own personal mini version of the showpiece, plus new skills and memories that will last a lifetime!  Lunch will be provided both days!

~Sachiko Windbiel of Mimicafe Union in New York, NY:  Fondant Figures

Sugar Squad Super Heroes:  Each Student will make their own personalized sugar squad member, ready to fight off the dreaded sludge chocolate monster!

Sweet San Antonio Landscape Features:  Everyone will come together to make fondant accents to fill in the Sweet San Antonio environment-gummy shrubs, sugar dot trees and more!

~Mallory Mae of ButterWinks in Richmond, VA:  Decorated Cookies and Cookie Pops

Adding Visual Variety:  Each student will decorate various environmental accents-lollipop trees, candy shrubs, icing hills and more!

Sludge Monster’s Henchmen:  Oh no!  The monster has summoned his cookie pop henchmen!  Each student will make one villainous chocolate monster pop!

~Michelle Boyd of Good Gracious Cakes in Chicago, IL:  Airbrushing and Hand Painting

Setting the Scene:  Each student will complete their own hand crafted background panels using various artistic airbrushing techniques as well as incorporating hand painting.  These panels will be set up in dynamic layers creating an enchanted storybook diorama feel and leaving fun spaces to place more fondant figures and cookie pops!
