All custom stencils are final sales, no refunds, no exchanges, no store credit. Once designed, we own the design and can reproduce and continue to sell as we deem fit.
We will email you a proof within 48 business hours for your approval. Once approved we will cut your custom stencil and contact you when it's ready for pick up. Not in town? No problem, we will ship your custom stencil once approved and ready! Please note, if ordered with other items, your order will be held until your stencil is approved and ready and then your full order will ship together. If you want items shipped separately, please order separately. Thank you!
